Solution
It literally says it in the text of your link:

" Superior water cooling support for its size, accommodating multiple thick 240mm radiators or even a 360mm radiator for an uncompromised cool system build"

So we're looking at 240mm radiator, like the Corsair H100i GT(X)

Right.. i wanted my cooler at the top not the front so i wasnt sure what size without my optical drive cage ;) (silly me better safe than sorry) Would this be a good choice? http://www.scan.co.uk/products/corsair-hydro-series-h100i-gtx-240mm-high-performance-multi-cpu-liquid-cooler-with-corsair-link-for-

It's certainly a good choice, had that one myself on my previous PC. The only thing annoying about it is the noise from the stockfans.

Some people are saying they have no issues but if you look on google, you'll notice alot have.
What I did on my new PC right now with the 280mm radiator one (h110i GT) is changing stock fans with different Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition fans.

No noise and looks alot cooler.

You can put a 240mm up top without removing the ODD cage....

Cooling system

Front: 2 - 120mm fans (included is one hydraulic bearing 120mm Silent Series R2 fan, 1200 RPM speed)
Rear: 1 - 120mm fan (included is a hydraulic bearing 120mm Silent Series R2 fan, 1200 RPM speed)
Top: 2 - 120/140mm fans (included is one hydraulic bearing 140mm Silent Series R2 fan, 1000 RPM speed) 1 - 120mm fan (not included)
Bottom: 1 - 120mm fan (not included)
Fan controller: 1 - integrated fan controller for up to 3 fans (included)
Water cooling compatibility:
Front – 240mm radiator (thick and slim) when HDD cages are removed, radiator cannot exceed 275mm in total length with the ODD bay in place.
Top – 240mm or 360mm radiators (thick and slim); the use of 360mm radiators requires removal of the ODD cage.
Bottom – 120mm radiators
Rear – 120mm radiators

Okay, noise isnt a problem for me and i am kind of deaf anyways, but which way should i set it up so the fans are facing the top, or fans on the bottom

How easy is it to setup just mount it to the case, put the backplate on seat the water block and plug the fans into cpu fan slot?

1. Put backplate onto motherboard
2. Put screws onto front side through backplate
3. Attach fans to radiator
4. Attack radiator to case and attach their 3-pin connectors to CPU_FAN header on the motherboard (should be right on top, right side)
5. Attack waterblock to CPU through the screws you put on there and thumbscrews you"ll use (those thick ones) and attack
6. Extra; attack mini-USB to waterblock
7. Attach mini-USB header to motherboard USB 2.0
8.???
9. Profit and fun!
10. Oh and download Corsair Link as this will be your driver. And also the program to change the LED

It's prolly the most easiest thing asside for putting RAM in :p

it seems alot easier than an air cooler.. i had a freaking nightmare putrting my hyper 212 evo in all the screws under the fans was horrible, this seems very simple :D

I have seen in a few places when i install it i need to go into my bios and set the cpu fans too 100% always, is this true?

Well, full performance would be the best.
I kind of destroyed my previous watercooling by playing with the fanspeeds a little untill my waterpump gave a nice sound and nothing would happen with the cooler no longer.

So yes, just keep it at full power/performance/100% :)

BIOS would be the best way of doing it :)
Just once and let it run ;)

i got it all in i had to take the mobo out and rebuild fully (not fun at all) and this is my corsair link page http://imgur.com/hd6wGga it sees one of the cpu fans as the motherboard fan, is this normal?

Motherboard CPU fan = CPU fan (bcause your Corsair cooler is your CPU cooler)
So it's normal, don't worry ;)

Its a little louder than expected at idle at default settings but temps are lower than ambient so im happy
