Looking for RAM Upgrade

I'm currently using corsair XMS3 4 GB ram on my MSI 970a-G43 Mobo with AMD FX-4300 and want to upgrade it to 8 GB. I picked these 3 RAM but I'm little confuse which one is good..

They are just different clock speeds. It shouldn't affect performance that much though. Ripjaws are reliable which really is the most important part of RAM. RAM isn't too hard to buy. The first one is the highest clock speed, but don't pay too much more for it, because chances are you won't even tell a difference unless you really use your RAM, but I would assume you'd have more than 4GB by now if you really cared about it.

Actually, I was using 8 GB RAM that belonged to my friend but today he got new 970 so he needed them back for gaming and now I'm stuck with 4 gb.
