Clock speed locked in bios.

Okay, so i want to overclock my core 2 duo, but the option in the bios is locked. it's clearly there, but grayed out. my board is an Intel dp965lt. I also tried multiple programs, but no luck.

Thats locked that model of CPU is it not ? I think it is, if so then you wont be able to get into the greyed out area of the bios.

I don't need to know how to overclock, i just need to know how to unlock it in the bios.
