After installing my new Nvidia 960 and powering it up for the first time, it would start powering up for about 3 seconds before turning off and starting the process again by itself. It now varies between 1-3 seconds, and the same problem also happens with my old GPU installed as well, so I can't see this as being a power supply problem.
My PC keeps continuously rebooting after powering up.
