Cryorig H7 cooling direction question

I finally received my Cryorig H7 in the mail but I'm not sure what way the fan is suppose to face.

I googled some pictures and the fan was facing towards the front of the computer facing the ram. I have one intake face in the front of the computer; 1 exhaust in the rear and 1 exhaust on the top of the computer.

So I'm guessing the cpu cooling fan is sucking air to cool the fins and the case's exhaust fans are sucking the hot air out?

Additional Question: The CryOrig H7 comes with thermal past. Is it ok to use my Arctic Silver 5 instead?

Thank you. Should I use the thermal paste in the box or can I use my Arctic Silver 5?

Hello. I installed the Cryorig H7 with Arctic Silver 5 paste. Is this normal? (RPM)

Min: 383 RPM @ 16C
Max after heavy use: 866 RPM @ 46C.

I use CPUID HWMonitor if that matters.

MD FX-8320 Vishera 8-Core 3.5 GHz.

My room is between 58F (14.4C) to 66F (18.8C)

Two exhaust fans are right next to the cooling fins. I wonder if that contributes with the low temp and low RPM.

I just played Farcry 3 and did lots of Office work while playing music on Youtube.

Now at 460 RPM @ 28C
