What's better radeon 5670 with dx11 or 7560d with dx12?

If you feel like getting that supports, the still not out DX 12, but it is coming soon, go ahead. Otherwise whichever has the performance you need

7560d is an integrated gpu that is based on Radeon 6000 series architecture (non-GCN) even tho its labeled as 7000 series. It does not support directx 12!
The 5670 is far better than the 7560D but both GPUs are no longer supported and stuck with Directx11. Latest driver released for both was the Crimson Beta driver which will also be the last.
