Hey guys, I've been thinking about building a gaming computer for a while and I've finally gotten to the point where it can happen fairly soon, so I've been searching around for various components. I ended up on a UK site where I thought I had a 20% discount on ASUS products (turns out I don't). I came across two 980 Ti's that look almost the exact same to me.

As far as I can tell, the only difference is that one has already been overclocked. Is that the only difference between the two? Or is there some other justification for the 50 euro difference? Will the OC have a higher overclocking ceiling than the standard, or is the price just for the convenience of not having to overclock it yourself?
Thanks
