Headset Buzzing Problem - Razer Kraken 7.1 chroma

Okay... So I bought the Razer Kraken 7.1 chroma and when it arrived it was all well until I plugged it in and heard this buzzing. I refunded the headset straight away after trying numerous methods thinking it was just that single headset. When the new razer kraken headset arrived the same buzzing noise persisted. I have tried turning the lights on it off, moving it to one of the back usb's, I just don't know what to do. Btw I do not have a sound card and I'm also using an extension cord to power up my pc however I tried using the plug and it was no different. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like grounding issues, the way the usb circuit is on the motherboard isn't earthed properly.

Contact Razer and make sure a USB Isolator is what you need, does sound like it from this video but have never used one so just make sure.

As far as im aware, using an isolator is the safest way. You can search more on it if you like, search Razer Kraken 7.1 chroma ground loop or usb headphones ground loop.
