Asus Z97 Pro Gamer board doesn't boot up.

CPU led lights up then turns off, DRAM led lights and remains lit. No video output. Tried onboard VGA and HMDI output without luck, no video output to check BIOS. Tried DRAM in different slots,
new power supply,still no video. Also note no VGA led and no beep on power up. Please help, need this working for Christmas for my grandson!!!

Hi Alexoiu, new build. Have arrange replacement, apparently some CPU pins bent. Many thanks for your response.
