So after i done building the PC i connect my Wireless network adapter(USB) my question is do i need to install any drives before i can use the internet or after i plug the USB wireless Network adapter i can use the internet...

I need to use the internet so i could download the MOBO , APU drivers

you will need the drivers for the wireless installed before you can use it. either windows will automatically detect and install stock drivers when you plug it in or it will ask you to install drivers from storage or ironically the web.

so yes you will need to install drivers before you can use the wireless.

If you have a USB wireless network adapter.
Plug it into your system and install the driver for it from the provided cd that came with the adapter.

You should of got a driver cd/dvd along with the motherboard you bought to build your system.
It contains all of the drivers on that dvd disk you need to install for your motherboard.

You will usually need the wifi adaptor drivers. You can use the CD that comes with it or usually you can find the drivers on the manufacturers website and download them to a USB drive to install.

You will need a working internet connected PC to do that obviously. If you have the CD it can be done straight away on the new build/install
