Is this graphic card compatible with my motherboard?

My specs :
Laptop : Lenovo g710
Motherboard : Ginkgo 7A1
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4702MQ CPU @ 2.20GHz
Video Card 1 NVIDIA GeForce 820M
Video Card 2 Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Memory 5.0 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

I want to replace my Graphic card! I contacted lenovo and they said that i can replace my graphic card but they cant say if its compatible or not I hope you can help me i want to buy a : MSI GEFORCE GTX 750TI GAMING

The problem is finding a mobile version of the card and I don not believe that Nvidia has a M-version of the 750ti. You will at best get a 820/830m and getting them is close to impossible and if you do it will be very expensive.

But lenovo said i can replace or upgrade my graphic card....
