I'm having a problem with my recorded videos. When I record uncompressed videos, it's fine but when I compress them with Handbrake or use an average quality recorder like OBS, this happens:

Videos recorded with Bandicam has the same issue too. This is one of my older videos btw, as you can see it doesn't have any problem other than a small slip.
