Recently bought:

HIS R7-260x iCooler 1gb

My other CPU specs can be found HERE

Thing is, after playing for about an hour of ANY game, random garbage appears on my screen. Things like the 3d Images of Games i play become like elongated, andthere appears to be scribbling of unknown objects, it's as if my newly bought card is actually not working the way it should.

My graphic driver is of latest from AMD.

Here is an example of what appears on my screen. I boxed it red.

Solution
Heat issue, CPU/video card issue or RAM can cause this. Since heat looks OK, try a different stick of RAM. If anything is overclocked set it back to stock speeds. Trying on a clean setup of Windows is also a good thing to try as that should rule out any software issues.

Dota 2, Path of exile aren't even new games. heck not even dragon age origins. everything is latest in terms of drivers and dx

It's not hybrid crossfired and why would i wanna do that? That's a very terrible idea given that the GPU speed totally outclasses the APU graphic speed. Also, TEMPS never go over 60-65

Temps never go over 60-65. Maybe it's different for the APU, but I know on the FX chips, you never want to go above 60. In fact my FX 8120 was idling at about 11 degrees celcius and under load in the 30's, no higher than 40's. But then again, I'm running a large air cooler. The cooler master v6 gt.

But if not heat, could be driver related.

Played again and was monitoring Temps via AMD OVERDRIVE software. ( No everything is on stock speed, i just use it to monitor temps) GPU highest temp was 53 and CPU highest temp was 56. This was while i was playing Tomb Raider.

Temp i think is within reasonable margin. so i guess temp issues can be ruled out.

Don't have to. Currently using [Deepcool] Iceblade Pro v2.0 w/c performs similar.

borrowed RAM from a friend of mine and the problem didn't show itself again despite playing for 10hrs straight while switching games. Seems like my RAM is kinda faulty now. (and just 2yrs sad) Thanks for this

We did, and we get a BSOD when ever we even try to memtest my RAM. Bought a new one(s) instead. Instead of 1x8gb ddr3, i am now using 4x2gb DDR3. Atleast if one breaks, i have 3 other more... XD
