Hello,
I have a problem with the g41c- gs mobo and my kingston hyper fury 4gb 1333 mhz ddr3 memory.
If i install the memory the pc boots but the screen stays Black.
Its an Intel 775 CPU and mobo

The specs:
Mobo. G14c - gs
Cpu. pentium iv 3ghz 4m Cache dual core
Mem. Kingston hyper fury x ddr3 1333mhz 1x4 gb
GPU Asus gt 210 (tried it without and with the GPU)

The weird thing is that it does work with ddr2 Mem on the board.

Solution
You have a 775 mobo that isn't compatible with the high density memory chips used on todays DRAM - also not compatible with PnP which is how the Fury do their set up, best bet would probably be an older line of DRAM like the GSkill NT series of Value DRAM which is based on low density memory chips
