Hi first sorry my English is bad . I have a problem, I know I can limit someone speed in router using qos but I am in a situation that I need to put my simcard to pocket wifi Huawei e5220
my problem is my uncle keep watching youtube :3 I'm frustrated , because I'm the one who pay the bill on my internet and my isp have datacap only :3 only 20gb/month :3 he work in the government I tried to block the youtube in host in his laptop but after a few days he can access youtube again I think he ask it on his work about youtube problem theres a lot of tech in there so they can fix it
now I have a question if is there anyway to limit his speed using software ?
because the Huawei e522o pocketwifi don't have qos settings :3 only mac filtering but I don't want to do that because he can no longer connect in my internet I just only want to limit his speed without using router :3 thank you very much :3
I tried netlimited but its too complicated
