Can a 4pin 12v+ power connector work on MB with 8pin?

Usually NO. There are some adapters, that take a 4pin + a MOLEX and create an 8 pin output. I wouldn't recommend recommend either solution. If your power supply only has a 4 pin motherboard connector, it is probably under sized for the total load your new config will require.

Yeah but as I said I red that some people even overclocked a fx-8350 with only 4 pin Connectors and other say that a 4 pin can support maximum 95W CPUs ... I'm really confused ... I dont plan on Overclocking or stuff like that I just wanted a cheap upgrade on old PC and done so many mistakes that I dont want to buy a new PSU ..! Thank for the help!

I wouldn't take what I say as gospel either.... Be skeptical. It will server you well in the long run.
But, a new power supply is also the conservative approach.
