Pretty nice build you plan on putting together. Personally I would get a 2x4GB ram kit rather than a single 1x8GB and an Asus brand motherboard but if they don't fit in your budget than what you have selected will also work well. Other than that their is nothing in that build I would change. As for the case, I recommend either a Fractal Design Define R5 for a quieter build or a NZXT s340.

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/wjnBXL I have modified a bit your build and in my opinion it's better and cheaper and let me explain the parts I have modified and why I did it.
1. CPU cooler is easier to install and has more RAM clearance than the 212 Evo and is a bit more quiter as well.
2. 2x4 GB of RAM work better than 1x8GB
3. I have added an SSD for your OS
4. You do not need 8gb ram in a GPU. you will very rarely if at all use it's full potential because it's paired with just an I5 CPU.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention the budget is around 700-750 pounds, max would be 800 if I feel comfortable with my income.
The ram is 8gb only for now, I plan on buying another one later although I don't know if this is wise. Why 16gb? I just don't want to have problems for a while with it.
I already have an ssd it is a samsung 840 evo 250gb if I recall corectly on the size.
Also plan on using multiple monitors so hence the gpu.
Also forgot to mention I have a deal on the cpu. Cex has an i7 4790k for 190 pounds. I just forgot to modify it in pc part picker.
