would i get decent performence with this build pc fot steam games and WoW

Here is my built pc

AMD A4-7300 APU
MSI A68HM-E33 V2 Motherboard
PSU - 430W Power supply
Crucial 2x2GB Kit Model CT2KIT25664BA160B RAM sticks
WD Intellipower 250GB Storage

How much performence would this give me? Fps? Am missing any parts? These are all worth about $200

Maybe 30+ FPS on low settings? Pretty good for $200, but as always for just a little more to a Kaveri chip, even the A6, would be a huge improvement.

I tried WoW on an A8 7600. It was not a very enjoyable experience.

I would not recommend an A4 for really any modern gaming. It's probably OK for things like city simulators, but nothing where things are moving around much in real time.

If that 430W power supply is the Corsair CX430 Builder series, I'd also pick a different one. That's their bottom-of-the-barrel cheapo line and not known for reliability.
