Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo Temperature

Hello i buyed new Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO and i installed perfectly. I ran some games like H1Z1 my temp reached 60 degrees on CPU on CPU Cores 68-70. I ran also Prime95 26.6 version it reached 72 Degrees on CPU 80 Degrees on CPU Cores.

My CPU is Intel I7 4770 CPU 3.4 GHZ

Did i anything wrong or is this normal.

Tip: I was getting on stock cooler (100 Degrees on Prime95)

No i don't need it. If this okay temps than why should i pay 20 dollar more ? Now i have better gaming experience. Thanks. But i guess i put too much thermal paste on it. How to check it

With my Tx3 cooler i got paste BUT i already have a new paste i bought which is a coolermaster E2 sometihng gold in color, they obviously lying as it is gray in color. anyways its said to be decent paste.
Which should i use? the TX3 EVO fan supplied one or the Cooler Master E2 paste i bought?
