Alright, I'm looking for a cheap CPU cooler that can handle my FX-6350 OC'd to 4.0 Ghz. I don't want to risk pushing it to 4 Ghz without an aftermarket cooler, but my budget is pretty tight right now. I'm looking for one in the 30-40 dollar range.. Also, a CM Hyper 212 Evo will NOT fit in my case, so the coolers need to be below 150mm tall.
