Do i need a cpu cooler for my amd fx-8320?

Solution
No, if you don't overclock. However, I would advise against that mobo with the Fx 8xxx. Week power phases will struggle to handle the 8xxx chips unless you get the E version.

With a Fx 8xxx chip and a 380, I would also avoid that PSU. It is not a particularly great PSU made by HEC.

The XFX below is a much better option.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($55.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $55.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
