Okay, should I always update realtek audio drivers constantly like I see the benefit of updating your bios, and graphics drivers, but not so much realtek, and the drivers, I havent gotten any yellow notice from device manager, so would it be okay if dont have to update them constantly? I used the drivers that came with my motherboard (maximus vii hero) I got it 5 months ago.

It's really up to you, but for audio drivers, there's no big rush to get the newest drivers immediately. At the same time, there are usually much better drivers than the original one provided.
I had a similar situation. I encountered a sound error when I was using a specific piece of software, so I downloaded the newest driver, and it resolved the issue. So I'd say....if you ever run into an issue, THEN go looking for a newer driver.
