I am getting a new Samsung 850 EVO 250GB sometime soon and I want to know if there is any way I could put Windows 7 on that drive without cloning my old hard drive on to it. The reason I do not want to clone my old hard drive on to it is because I have mostly filled up its 1TB capacity.
