Does anyone know how to setup two monitors for streaming/skyping and gaming at the same time?

For example, I'm buying two monitors and one will be used to view my livestreams so I can chat with the viewers and for browsing the internet and stuff and the other monitor is just going to be for games. My PC is on my right side and I'll have two 21.5 inch monitors in front of me. The one directly in front of me would be for gaming. So when I start up my computer, I want Steam to open up on the monitor on the right and I would want twitch, skype, etc. on my left monitor. How would I configure my monitors to do this?

Well u have dual monitors and all you have to do is....plug it in and boom done, no other setting up required! windows will automatically detect the resoultion and set it to that, just drag windows from one screen to the other
