The other day I recently finally got my hands on a EVGA 980 TI Hydro Copper Edition card from a seller on craigslist that bought it and didn't want to go through the trouble. The only problem now is that every PC repair shop in town does not want to build a custom loop for me. That leaves me stuck with the card because I bought a hybrid kit to try and fix the problem, but there is no stock fan for me to use to cool down the VRAM. Does anyone know where exactly I can find a fan to use to cool the VRAM or if I am completely screwed. Thanks in advance.

Solution
I am not even sure that hybrid kit will fit the hydrocopper. If anything, Your best bet is to go, buy a 120mm rad, get a pump res combo, and use some flexible tubing to make a loop. It will be a bit costly though. Roughly 150$

Andl ook around in your hardware shop for some tubing.

Yeah but the only problem is that I don't have the talent/money to build a custom loop to cool this beast. I just bought a hybrid kit thinking that I could just swap out the copper cooling with that, but I'm screwed because I don't have the fan that is needed because they don't expect people to go down from the hydro copper to the hybrid.
