My Computer turns on very late. I turn on the switch and power button on CPU and it usually takes 5 mins for the computer to turn on automatically. I don't have a UPS connected and the other computers connected to the Power Port are working fine. Any solutions?

Has the computer always done that or did it just start doing it? If the latter were there any known hardware or software changes?
Does the computer run normally once it does start?
Do you have admin access so you will be able to go in and check a few things?
