Just as the title says. Also, does all 1155 motherboards and RAM supports that Xeon? I'm just very tempted to get it since it's cheap. I mean very cheap. It's a second hand chip which I found in a computer shop. It costs Php1,300, that's $27.4 and as far as I'm concerned that's very cheap. I'm just worried that not all 1155 and DDR3 ram wont support it.

Most motherboards should support it, if not there is probably a bios update to make it compatible. Normal DDR3 RAM should work depending on the motherboard support. Also, the Xeon E3 1225 v2 is very similar to a Intel Core I5 3570. They are both quad cores with 4 threads. It should be fine for gaming.
The cpu you mentioned will work on any 1155 motherboard with any type of ram, but please note the 1225 v2 does not have hyperthreading. It is in fact a 4 core and 4 thread cpu with only feature differences such as visualization, but nothing relating to gaming.

I would simply buy an i5
