Will the mic work on these headphones?

Hey guys I just got the nxzt s340 case and a pair of skullcandy crushers and I want to know if the case has a mice in slot so I could listen and talk since these headphone have a built in mic?

And sorry for this post I really didn't tknow where to post this lol

the motherboard has one on the sound card in the back.
And the case also has frontpanel audio/mic assuming you hooked it up to the motherboard:
Front Ports
1xHD Audio/Mic,2xUSB3.0
