I would not recommend losing either the USB 3,0 ports on the case or using such a low performance PSU. (Not low power, 500W is plenty, but low performance)

PSU is much higher performance and memory is cheaper and slightly faster.

If you want a lot cheaper, you are going to have to change to an i3 or use a different GPU.

I read some articles regarding that gtx 960 4gb is a waste and I should probably go for a gtx 970 soo yeah
