What capture card should I buy for streaming with two computers?

I'm looking to buy a capture card for streaming CSGO to Twitch and i'm not sure what to get.
I have a high end gaming desktop PC and a high end MSI laptop at my disposal.

Assuming you're going to be using the MSI laptop as a streaming PC I think the Elgato Game Capture HD60 would be your best bet. Can capture 1080p at 60fps. Perfect for a fast pace game like CSGO. Mind posting the specs of the laptop to confirm it would be able to handle streaming?

Looks like your laptop for be just fine for streaming. I'd try 720p at 30fps first and try bumping it to 60fps if it seems stable.
