I have a budget of $1,358 (preferably without rebates) for this gaming PC build. I want to know where I can save money (i.e if you know any deals of these parts or their equivalents).

General feedback is also appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I take it you're trying to do a black and red theme here?

Thanks for your help, I think I'm going to go with the 4690k!

Happy to help. An overclocked 4690K and a GTX 970 will perform very nicely.

I love the red and black theme you were going for when combined with this H440 case. The MSI Gaming cards are killer too, and look great with that black backplate on them. Plus you don't need all those extra fans you originally had, this case comes with 4 of them already.

Consider a budget SSD if you can afford it. Samsung 850 Evo or Crucial BX100 are great values for the money. 120gb or 250gb would fit in the price.
