So I have posted two other topics but it turns out my budget is lower then what I was thinking, I have had bills to pay and so I have a tighter budget but it's not too bad.

I want a build if possible with a SSD included if possible and operating system and such but it has to be lower then 720 and that's it, thanks a ton in advance

I would like a OS included like Windows which is 80$ or so and no moniter is needed, would not like rebates included

With that low of a budget, I would skip the SSD, for now.

I went a $5 over and there is no optical so you'll need to reuse an old one or install Windows via USB.
