So, I'm looking to upgrade my GFX Card (GTX 970 preferably) very soon but I have noticed with my current build (http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c02681290) (That is unchanged) I will not be able to use some of the highend cards (Because of the PSU im not sure if theres a problem with the motherboard). I'm thinking of upgrading the PSU to something on this list (not really sure whats good and bad in psu's looks like some dont come with cables?) (http://www.austin.net.au/shop-categories/psu.html) probably the Corsair VS650 650W ATX Power Supply (http://www.austin.net.au/corsair-vs650-650w-atx-power-supply.html) But I don't want to spend to much and Overkill on the PSU id rather not spend that much. The thing is if I upgraded my PSU will everything else be fine to run a MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB GPU? If not should I just upgrade my PSU and buy a GTX 960? THANKYOU!

you will probably be fine with the upgrade. but if you willingly to upgrade both why not just buy the 970 and if it does not work buy a new psu.

i also think all other components are decent enough for the 970 and if you will ever buy a new pc you can use the 970 in the new one and put the old one back in this pc.
