Cant access bios

Hello, when I try to acces my bios it doesn't work, I only see black screen before windows start. It does the same thing when i try to acces bios from windows. Can someone help me with this situation? I think it could help me with my problem since my cpu1,2,3,4 usage are always at 100% in game but at only 35 degre celcius. I think a setting can underclock my cpu?

So basically I have 2 problem, the first one I can't reach my bios and the second, my pc always lag due to high cpu1,2,3,4 usage.

Check the System Tray while it is running and see if you have an icon for "Fast Boot". Right click on the icon to bring up the Fast Boot Options. Select "Disable". Reboot and hit Del to get to BIOS.

Got a picture of what you see via task manager and or resource monitor regarding the CPU readings? In the details tab, CPU column of Windows 10 task manager what is pegging out the percentage?

Additinally, are you using a USB mouse/keyboard? Your BIOS (what is UEFI aka Unified Extensible Firmware Interface on this board) settings may be set so that the USB hubs are not kicking in until after POST. An alternate method/setting may be needed to enter the UEFI like Y0GI suggested. If not... do you happen to have a PS2 keyboard? Try turning the computer on with it attached to the (round and red color?) PS2 port on the board and see if it works (don't plug it in while computer is still on). I can't confirm this will work either depending on UEFI settings but PS2 stuff is usually a default interface that should work regardless.

You may eventually need to try clearing CMOS to (hopefully) get back into UEFI. But I don't want you to go clearing out any settings you may have spent time on if you don't have too just yet.

I have disabled fast boot and it does the same thing, even with go2bios. Via task manager my cpu is at aproximately 30%, but via msi afterburner all my core are at 100% and i don't understand why. Yes, I use usb mouse and keyboard and no I don't have ps2 keyboard. And I'd like to send you a picture but I do not know how x)
