I'm gonna build my first computer soon and I was wondering if my fans will be on even when I'm not using my PC (pretending that I don't turn off the power supply every time I turn off my Computer.) I know if I put them in the motherboard with a fan hub the fans will only turn on when I turn on my PC. I've seen a video (I can't remember what kind of video or what it was called) where the guy turned on his power supply then the fans turned on but not the computer. Then he hit the power button them everything else turned on. Thanks.
