Suggestions required for a FX 8350

Hi folks, I'm from India and I am looking forward to buy a pc with the below mentioned configuration.
I'll be using it to play latest games like Arkham Knight, GTA V etc in 1080p 60 fps ultra setting.

FX 8350,Gigabyte 990 fxa mobo,16 gb DDR3 RAM,GTX 970 4 GB GDDR5, 2 TB HDD.

My questions are
1. Is there any chance that 8350 may bottleneck GTX 970 ?

2. Is this build is enough for playing games for next 7-8 years?

3. Is 16 gb RAM too much or 8gb RAM is sufficient ?

4. Is this build enough to play latest games like Arkham Knight, GTA V etc in 1080p 60 fps ultra setting ?

No, FX 8350 won't bottleneck the GTX 970 at all.
No, the build is not enough to play games for next 7-8 years. You are looking more like 4-5 years and that too when you will lower the settings in future games.
The mentioned games like Arkham Knight and GTA 5 will work fine, but Arkham Knight in general is a crappy port and might not work smoothly at many points.
8 GB is sufficient for now, but get 16 GB since your system uses DDR3, which will get very expensive few years from now as DDR4 gets more mainstream.
