The fans of my pc start when i press power on button and shuts down after two second then restart again automatically and keepa doing that but there is no display boot. What couls bw wrong, last time it was running ok was just overheating so i cleaned cpu heatsink fan with air blower, also there was something like dust particle stuck in pins of the alot of processor so i used toothbruah to get it out of the pins. I dont know what went wrong. I checked another ppwrr supply ao theres no psu issue.
