Need help for motherboard

Hele i'm sorry if am breaking any rule but i have a problem which i cannot understand i have intel pentium G3260 i don't know if its haswell refresh or only haswell other people tell me that i need to update bios all i need is motherboard that work out of the box no need of bios update some recommend http:// other ASUS H81M-P PLUS LGA1150 are they support without bios update

I know the Gigabyte board will work with no need to update bios as all the processor requires a F7 bios regardless of whether it's haswell refresh or not.

So if I buy gigabyte from the link in my first post there will no need for bios update because I don't have other CPU to update bios. And last question what rev is this motherboard I can see rev 1.0,rev 2.0o

No, you won't need to and the revision doesn't matter as both follow the same principle.
