I have a brand new build I'm trying to install Windows 7 on. I used Rufus to create a bootbale USB but I keep getting errors while installing. I've formatted my USB a millions times. Now I'm getting error code 0xc0000001 Idk what to do anymore.
I read a million different theories and nothings worked. Don't tell me to change the data or to try my usb in different slots. I've even unplugged all other USB devices.
While doing my format to bootable USB Rufus told me I have about 200 or so bad blocks, could this be why I have an error message? I read that it would be fine because that's not that many blocks but I'm not going to lie and say I know anything about the blocks in a USB stick.
Believe me thanks for your help on advance I'm dying over here.

As was said before, it is probably a bad USB drive. One thing to try before you give up:

HP has a USB formatting tool that seems to format at a lower level than anything else, and it has tamed unruly flash drives for me in the past. It only takes a minute to download and a very short time to try the formatting. It might be worth a try.
