Okay so here's what happened for me to get to this point. I built my new computer about 3 weeks ago and everything was working fine. Here are the parts I initially had in.
AMD Athlon X4 860K
MSI A68HM Grenade
Asus Strix GTX960 4GB
Cooler Master Hyper T2 Cooler
Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 (2x4GB)
EVGA Nex 750B psu
Sandisk 120GB SSD Plus
Seagate 1TB HDD
So as I said everything was fine and then last week I decided to pick up a Corsair h100i GTX and installed it, gamed a bit and went to bed. The next morning I went to turn my computer from hibernation mode and it gave me a message that I didn't have a proper place to boot from. I tried for hours to figure it out and then took a break. When I came back I plug it in again and it booted up as if nothing happened. Fast forward 3 days and same thing happens again but this time its not coming back to life... So I try everything, check every YouTube video every thread on any site I can find. Nothing. So I go talk to a tech guy at NCIX computer shop in Ottawa and he says my SSD is the problem. So I think okay ill send a RMA demand and I bought a Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB SSD so I have something while I wait for my Sandisk to arrive. I plug it in and that one isn't detecting either. Only my HDD is... So I start thinking that the motherboard might be the problem. The next day I get my hands on a Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H thinking it would solve my problem but obviously it doesn't... So now I'm out of ideas and money to spend on this computer.
Its not the Motherboards, it doesn't seem to be the ssd's (unless I just so happened to buy 2 new ssd's and both are defective), its not the cables (I checked), The only drive showing in "Disk Management" is my HDD, they aren't showing up in the BIOS and I've updated all the drivers I could.
Can someone please help.... I really need something here !
