In all honesty, the 970 4gb is A LOT faster than the 960 and will allow you to play anything on very high settings if your other components allow it. The 970 4GB is quite expensive though and if you can't afford it you might want to look at the R9 380 4gb. It is supposed to be the 960's competitor on the market and for the same price as the 960 will perform at about 20% faster than the 960 in any resolution.It does need some more wattage though.
That is clearly a better GPU than the first one. Unfortunately, Arma 3 is very CPU intensive and is poorly optimized as well. Even with the best PC out there you will still get frame drops and lowish FPS. But that depends on the server as well.
Well since it is rally just CPU, what would the two GPUs that I mentioned above performance be in games such as battlefield 4, fallout 4, and battlefront 3? If you could give me details for both cards.... I can't decide which card I want. Because I don't want too pay too much for something that I don't really need. Thanks for all of youre help.
