It all started when I upgraded my computer to Windows 10
It stutters like every 3 seconds when I play minecraft with Catalyst settings(Use AMD graphics card for minecraft.exe/java.exe/javaw.exe). (High Performance)
But, it completely works on the integrated graphics (Power Saving) with the lower FPS rate.(my computer is All-In-One)
I want to know why this happens if I use AMD graphics card.
(in DirectX, display hardware is Intel HD 4600, rendering hardware is AMD Radeon R7 A265.)

Most likely its a processor or RAM issue. First off,(I find this when I play most games) the catalyst control center process can use a lot of RAM, especially when applying 3D settings automatically or overclocking. Second, any on board graphics you have are optimized for your processor, your CPU could seriously be bottle-necking the card, which would cause some stuttering. Third, game stutters are usually caused when CPU usage hits 100%, you can try and fix this by using the task manager to up the priority of both minecraft processes. If doing that makes a little difference, but not alot, you can always try overclocking your CPU just a tad bit, to give you an extra boost in performance.

I don't think these are the problem because my CPU is 4th i5, and I have 8GB of RAM, amd I always set the priority to high

I'm running the latest AMD Crimson update on my laptop.
Definitely less stutter now compared to the old catalyst driver.
Go to catalyst control center and look for software update it should be under information.
