Guys im in your need, i really need help with an issue and would be very gratefull if any of you brilliant minds could solve my issue here is how it goes ( forgive my grammar english is not my first language)

So ive been having this problem for about 3 months now and i have searched far and wide for a solution but i have really tried everything so .... i have an ASUS laptop AMD A10 2.5 ghz a radeon HD 8670M(2gb) 8 gb ram laptop, and ik its not the best pc out there but it is not a piece of crap that runs games with low reqs at 15 fps all the time now my drivers are all updated im running 8.1 windows i dont know much but it is wierd that when i play games my fans dont sound as hard as when im doing other activities like downloading stuff, opening many windows and such, that is when my fans seem to hit a point were i can acctually hear them and know that they are working however on games like smite and ESO i get an FPS of 15 when with an old mac 4gb with boot camp smite runs at a speed of 50 fps and you would think my pc would do better than 15 fps ive redownloded windows cleaned everything and the problem still persists i downloaded the new drivers from amd crimson and the problem still persists i need help urgently i begg for a solution i havent found anything yet idk whats wrong i check my cpu and it goes to about 50% while playing mentioned games i set them on priority etc ect ive done everything ove found on the internet everything except buying a new pc pls help me i begg you guys

BTW my internet conection is 40 mbps optic fiber and i have tested other pcs on it and they run from 50 -100 fps on it ty

Download something like RealTemp and GPU-Z to monitor your temperatures, if they go beyond standard - there's your problem. And a solution would be to clean your internal fans or in the most extreme case re-apply CPU thermal paste
