My Computer has lag spikes in different games, For Example Black ops 3 has around 80-100 fps low settings and it drops to 20 for like 20 seconds randomly, same for games like Far Cry 4 and CS:GO, I've tried alot to fix it, drivers are up to date, Cleaned my pc, scanned for virusses and malware. I think its maybe a overheating problem since yesterday my pc shut itself down without a warning my CPU and Motherboard are around 81 Degrees in Black ops 3

Well as for black ops 3 that dropping in framerate is normall, but not for so long... because it is a poorly ported pc game. Seems you are right that this is an overheating issue. 81 degress is to high for Just playing a game in my opinion

So to get a stable good fps in most games your suggest that I get a new motherboard and maybe some more cooling?
Which motherboard should I get that is strong enough for my Processor? (As cheap as possible :) )

Sorry if I sound soo stupid, I've looked up those components and there indeed a cheap option, but you said something about overclocking, I now a little bit what it is in the way that you make your CPU go faster but how do I do it? does it overclock automaticly or do I need to turn it on etc.

My dad has a ASRock B85 Killer Motherboard is that one strong enough for my Processor?

Admirable
That one is for Intel not AMD.
Give us link from where you buy your PC stuff and your budget so we will pick you something.
Doing mild overclock to lets say 4.3 Ghz on FX 6300 is rly easy.
Disable power saving options, set Multiplier to 21.5 for total 200(Bus Speed) x 21,5 Multiplier = 4300 Mhz and all you have to now is to bump CPU Voltage to get it stable. You can even leave it on auto for mobo to do it.You will have a bit higher temp just a bit and it will work without problems.
Good coolers for mild overclock are CM EVO 212 and CM TX3, Rajintek Aidos and Themis and CRYORIG H7.
Any of those will keep temps in check at safe level with much much less noise.

Do you really need to, since I dont like doing that and re-installing all my games etc. and win10 is a bit too expensive to buy.
