I have a WD my passport ultra 1 TB and Dlink 2750U modem router.
I was trying to connect that HDD to the modem to use it across the ethernet connections (My 3 computers) and over wifi (my laptop). There's a usb 3.0 port on the modem. I tried connecting the hdd it runs perfectly, I mean spinning sound is there as normal in the hdd but i cant find a way i can access the hard disk. So anyone here got a trick to use that hdd over my home network?
