I have an 3 year old Dell Inspirion 660,
And i have been having a problem for a wile now.
When i am gaming my i3-3240 hits 55-65 degrees.
This is quite strange because the max temp of my cpu is 60,5 degrees,
so i went looking and found out that my cpu fan stays around 400-500 rpm (according to speedfan this is 12% of the max speed).
I have tried a lot of fan speed programs but none of them have worked.
Does anyone know a fix for this problem?
P.S. Yes i have cleaned my system about 2 weeks ago
