Sorry that you are facing some issues with your WD drive.
Is the drive powering up?
You need to check if the drive is recognized by Disk Management. Also, trying something simple as just using a different USB cable and connecting the drive to another port will not hurt as well.
If the drive is recognized by Disk Management but has damaged partitions and or file system, you will need to use some data/partition recovery tool.
If the drive is not recognized by Disk Management, then most probably, there is something wrong with the enclosure or the HDD itself.(assuming that you've tried using a different cable and port)
