Seagate hybrid drive Freeze In Windows 7 64 bit

Please help me in below matter .
I recently replace my old western digital 750 gb hdd with Seagate 2 tb hybrid drive after installing window 7 ultimate sp1 64 bit system freeze frequently .I check hard disk by Seagate tool health of shsd is OK.my hardware configuration is gigabyte 970ads3 motherboard with amd bulldozer fx 8120 processor.

I'd recommend you to try using a different SATA cable with your new hybrid drive and see if that will improve the performance. Another thing you should check is its firmware on the manufacturer's website and make sure that it's up to date.
Have you tried resetting BIOS? If you haven't, give it a go using one of these methods: http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS
This will get the BIOS settings back to factory defaults, so you'd need to reconfigure them afterwards. If it doesn't help, check your motherboard manufacturer's website for any recent updates on the SATA controller/chipset drivers and check if you have the latest BIOS version.
