Low Fps on the crew

a friend of mine has a gtx 960 while playing the crew he is getting 10-20fps on low settings this cant be right for the gpu he has this is bad anyone got any solutions on what could fix this

What kind of monitor has he got (if its an old one it could be a v-sync problem)

no we fixes the issue his cpu was bottle necking from heat

Try a different games and if the problem appears to them too.. then ask him to use this warranty card!
