Is my motherboard good or should I change it to AsRock H97 Pro4?
If I´m changing to AsRock H97 Pro4, should I get H97 Pro4 or H97M Pro4, which one will work best with my build (case nox nx200)?

That motherboard is fine. Save your money and get a SSD:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($77.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $77.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If you can, also change your case to something a bit better:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Case: NZXT S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($63.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $63.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
